Phys. Ed
Physical Education is offered on a daily basis and includes a range of activities, including team sports, ball hockey, strength training, skill development, hand-eye coordination, sporting etiquette, leadership, and the importance of warm-up and cool down.
The Ski/Snowboard Club at Mount St. Louis Moonstone, that runs for 5 weeks, is a valuable part of the winter physical education program outside of the classroom. Students are provided with the opportunity to build and strengthen their skills.

We have an in-house Yoga and Meditation program that offers numerous benefits that support students' physical, emotional, and mental well-being. We focus on physical postures on the mat and also on how yoga and mindfulness can be incorporated throughout daily life.

We are a member of the Small Schools Athletic Federation (SSAF) and participate in Cross-Country, Badminton, Track and Field, Ball Hockey, Flag Football, and Soccer.
